Burn The Fat - Book Review on a Very Good Weight Loss Book
This book is the most definitive book on weight loss that I have read.
It explains everything one should know in order to lose weight and / or burn fat without wasting away muscle mass. ( a real danger with most weight loss plans - but they usually fail to tell you that)

IMHO, this book is a powerful tool for teaching people about losing weight and / or burning fat.
It has a LOT of good, factual and practical information that is scientifically accurate and realistically usable in your weight loss arsenal. Not filled with fluff or filler, the book has 17 chapters, virtually every page is meaningful and useful.
The good part about Tom’s background and credentials for authoring this book is that he has personal and practical knowledge on the subject of eliminating fat.
Tom is an accomplished fitness expert (see the pictures?). He owns a gym in New Jersey where he helps many people lose weight and / or get in shape. Combining in-depth knowledge with real life know-how could be why his book is so successful and useful.
He combines experience with research to help you thoroughly understand how the body metabolizes food, burns off fat and how to capitalize on that knowledge.
Tom has done an excellent job communicating this to the reader, helping you to understand the mechanics and principles behind healthy weight loss.
So, I’m not just saying that Tom’s book is good. It is really good.
I would be surprised if you haven’t heard of it before.
